These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the eq99 platform and all of its services. By accessing the eq99 website, registering an account, or using any gaming service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use any of eq99's services.

eq99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest Terms will always be available on this page.

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use eq99's services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (this platform is for users aged 21+ only).
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal and financial information.
• You may hold only one account under your name at eq99; multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must use the account yourself; operating an account on behalf of another person or through a third party is prohibited.
• You are using this service voluntarily and consciously, and you agree to comply with responsible gaming policies.

When registering at eq99, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. eq99 reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account if false or misleading information is provided.

eq99 may request identity verification documents when necessary. Failure to provide documents in a timely manner may result in the account and withdrawal requests being placed on hold.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. eq99 will not be responsible for unauthorised access to a third party's account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

Account Closure

You may request to close your eq99 account at any time. Any available balance must be withdrawn through the standard process before the account is closed. eq99 may also unilaterally suspend or cancel an account in the event of a policy violation.

eq99 supports the following payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). eq99 does not process transactions through any method outside this list.

Minimum Limits

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (per method)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800

Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes. However, bank-determined processing times may apply for bank transfers.

Currency

eq99 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currencies, the prevailing exchange rate will apply and any related banking charges will be borne by the user.

New members are eligible to receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To activate this bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; winnings linked to a bonus will be held until the wagering requirement is met.

eq99's VIP Club has four tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular gaming activity and enjoy weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Cashback is credited at a set time each week. eq99 may review or change the eligibility and amount of cashback benefits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eq99 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, or any tool that provides an artificial advantage.
• Attempting to intrude on eq99's systems, servers, or network.
• Harassing, intimidating, or causing harm in any form to other players.
• Operating an account under a false identity or in another person's name.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

In the event of any of the above violations, eq99 may immediately suspend the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

Intellectual Property

All content on the eq99 platform — logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of eq99. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

eq99 collects personal information as required for account registration and service delivery. Collected data is not sold or shared with third parties without justification. eq99's Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms.

Security Measures

eq99 uses SSL encryption technology to protect all financial and personal data. However, absolute security of data transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed; users are responsible for ensuring the security of their own devices and networks.

Cookies

eq99 uses cookies to improve the quality of its website service. Continued use of the site will be considered consent to the use of cookies.

eq99 endeavours to operate its service as uninterrupted as possible. However, eq99 will not be liable if the service is temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, cyber attacks, third-party service provider disruptions, or any other unforeseen reason.

Language

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of a conflict between the Bengali version and any translated version, the Bengali version shall prevail.
